The map
Washington, Boston, Toronto and Chicago are close neighbours and fight early. Miami holds the southeast, Mexico City the south, and Los Angeles and Vancouver share the west coast with plenty of room to grow.
The open interior favours tanks and fast expansion; the coasts reward a navy.
